10.0Service was excellent, room was nice. Breakfast was stellar. The only downside to the entire stay was that I wish I’d had a room that overlooked the street, and not the interior courtyard.

Architecture approval
10.0Very well designed hotel with a central location in Berlin. Different zones and circulation patterns makes it possible to find private, semi-private, and more public areas throughout the building. The room is spacious and clean, with some interesting art, books, and some suprises; like a small speaker and drip coffee bags. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also went to the Holmes spa that the hotel is partnered with and had a great time. If there is one inprovement to be made, I think the breakfast could be improved in variety. There was not a lot left when we came (although we did come an hour before closing). They did however offer fresh omelettes, which was amazing, and is the reason I am not deducting any stars.
