10.0The staff are super helpful. They helped me navigate the local area, made recommendations, and ordered reliable water taxis when I had to leave early in the morning to meet tours. The property is clean and quiet and close enough to walk to the center of town and the train station. St. Mark's Square is a little further out but easily reachable by water taxi, water bus or a 30 min walk..

Fantastic stay loved it.
10.0Loved this hotel. In quite area but only 15 min walk to the centre. Lovely area just down from hotel with bars by the canal that we loved. Beds extremely comfortable and extra pillow on request. Would most certainly recommend and stay again
