10.0It was a super clean and stylish hotel. We stayed in a **Premium Room** with an amazing view of the water — absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was really varied and everything tasted great! Plus, the service was quick and the food was always fresh and refilled fast. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we had a really lovely time there. I can totally recommend it :)
a disappointing experience
6.0The TV was working on the internet and that was very slow. Number of English-speaking stations was very poor. The was not clean with dust all over. the first 2 days the AC did not work and no Maintenace staff appeared. Fire alarm worked unintended and with no reason almost every day and the front desk service was sometimes a in poor English. We expected a better service from a 4-star hotel.
