6.0Conoscevo questo hotel degli Alberoni da anni, ci avevo soggiornato qualche volta con soddisfazione. Nel frattempo la gestione è cambiata e a mio avviso, decisamente in peggio. Alla reception risultava la mia prenotazione solo per 1 camera per 2 persone e non per 2 camere per 4 adulti, come confermatomi, ancora in giugno, da Expedia. Fino alle 15 del 6 settembre, ancora in corso la Mostra del Cinema, io non sapevo se avrei avuto entrambe le camere. Da parte del personale nessuna chiarezza né impegno a capire cosa fosse successo. Addirittura mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto chiamare io Expedia per cercare di capire come risolvere la situazione. Mai successa una cosa del genere. Le stanze sono molto trascurate, rispetto ai miei ricordi, si vede che manca anche la più piccola manutenzione. Purtroppo eravamo nella parte più datata del piccolo hotel. Insomma, non ci siamo e per fortuna si è trattato di trascorrere lì solo una notte. Sempre carino e curato invece il giardino. Piacevole anche la colazione.
