6.0So first night there was little to no hot water and no water pressure, but the very next day they came out and fixed it. Which was good and they did respond quickly to any one of our questions and concerns. We did experience a sound of what seemed to be coming from behind the walls or inside pipes that was annoying for a lite sleeper like me, so I mentioned it them and they said they were sending someone out the next day but nothing got resolved which is understandable because that can’t be an easy fix so we’ll let that one slide. But the very last couple of hours before check out I noticed what seemed to be mold spots towards bottom of walls in one of the bedrooms and in the window cells of another bedroom. Other than that everything was ok.
