8.0Space is beautiful and looks just as pictured. Neighborhood is conveniently located. The lift works for bags but is very small so be mindful that you may have to carry luggage up flights of stairs.

2.0Customer service is terrible. They will reply immediately if you ask them to check in 1 hr early and say no. BUT when someone entered the apartment without my permission and did something so weird just closed the sofa bed without cleaning anything or changing any bedding and I asked who did that a d why. No answer for 2 hrs then they said we don’t know, call the police if you are missing anything. Then after another 3 hrs (total of 5hrs) they discovered that it was one of the staff by mistake !!!!

2.0Video on how to acces the apartment was incorrect and did not instruct to wait for a while after access codes was entered before trying to open the door. Several calls to customer service during office hours were neither answered nor returned.

10.0We loved the beauty and space of the apartment. Especially pretty was the large oval leaded glass window of the living room. The beds were so very comfortable, even the sofa bed. We all had restful sleep. Wonderful linen and comforters. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. Washer/dryer unit in room was convenient. The shower was fabulous, including a rainshower head. Coffe and tea were provided which was lovely in the morning. Cons: Washer/dryer took a long time per load. I dont think it drained, spun clothes as efficiently as it could have. There was no microwave. The shower drain couldn't handle the water and overflowed onto the bath floor. Way too expensive for two nights. But overall we loved it and would use this company again! It made our trip to Paris very lovely. Thank you, Merveil Apartments. Sincerely, The Pelley Family
