2.0I booked and paid for a 40 m² family room with two beds but was given a smaller room with one bed and a broken sofa. The shower head was also broken and could not be fixed. Management was unhelpful and gave me the wrong room – for this, only 1 star. Staff were mostly friendly, but they forgot my wake-up call, so I give them only 4 stars.
