Nette Wohnung in guter Lage
8.0Sehr gute Lage nahe beim Eiffelturm. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön, nett eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail. Netter Kontakt zum Eigentümer, konnten bis 12 Uhr bleiben und auch etwas früher rein.
− Appartement liegt im Erdgeschoss direkt angrenzend hinter einem Ladengeschäft, welches unter der Woche bereits um 6 Uhr einräumt. Daher war es laut unter der Woche, am Wochenende war es ruhig. Die Mülltonnen stehen im Innenhof direkt neben den Fenstern, daher war es von dort aus auch laut wenn die Leute ihren Müll dort entsorgt haben. Wir haben die Fenster nie geöffnet. Frischluft kann man nicht beziehen. Zu teuer für die Lage der Wohnung im Haus. Man schläft direkt neben dem Treppenhaus und hört damit jeden kommen und gehen.

− Room temperature was quite warm, room is not super ventilated Not everything was as clean as you expect (bathroom door, hairs on bed, crumps in cabinets)
