10.0Despite the modest size, this apartment had everything needed for a truly comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable right in the heart of Paris, close to everything. The view was honestly one of the best I’ve had in the city, and having morning coffee on the balcony overlooking Paris was unforgettable. A perfect base for exploring the city. The management was also very polite, punctual, and replied very quickly to any messages.
− No air conditioning, but this is pretty standard for Paris apartments.
Ein Traumblick zum funkelnden Eiffelturm!
9.0Bequemes Schlafsofa, schönes Bad, schöne Küche mit ausreichender Ausstattung, sogar Waschmaschine. Aufzug bis zum 5. Stock, das Studio ist im 6. Die Staumöglichkeiten sind beschränkt aber ausreichend. Ein Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe, andere und Bäckereien in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich war 3 Wochen lang alleine und 1 Woche mit erwachsener Tochter, alleine war es echt gut, für 2 akzeptabel. Paris ist eine sehr teure Stadt, ich war zum 12. Mal dort, mein kleinstes Studio hatte 9m², da war das Studio Mac Mahon mit 13m² schon eine angenehme Größe. Der Blick von der Balkonette zum Eiffelturm war der schönste, was ich bisher hatte! Tipp: Das Cinema Mac-Mahon zeigt viele Retrosprektiven in Originalsprache, z. B. Billy Wilder.
− Die Metro am Arc de Triomphe ist anstrengend, viele Ausgänge, ich empfehle Linie 2, Ausstieg Ternes, ist entspannter und natürlich Busfahren! Auch der Champs-Elysées ist für mich kein Highlight (obwohl es schon cool war, am autofreien Sonntag auf der Prachtstraße zu laufen)!

6.0I liked the location, very central. But to see the view you have to look through the balcony to your left. Bathroom, toilet and the kitchen were all in good condition.
− They are charging extra money for key submission, which is not included in the price. That is an on cost. The apartment is too old (not a complaint) and I was worried how to evacuate the room.

Apartment is available for long-term stays (starting from 30 days). It will be necessary to provide us with the supporting documents to fulfill the requirements for BAIL MOBILITÉ (Mobility Lease): - 1 piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall) - 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or educational) - proof that the occupant has the necessary funds to cover the rent: tax declaration, pay slips, and/or bank account. A mobility lease (Bail Mobilité) will be sent to you by email upon receipt of the requested supporting documents, and an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure.
Please be prepared to pay the CHECK-IN FEE in CASH directly to your check-in assistant in exchange for the keys. The check-in fee rates: 3PM to 10PM - 35€ 10PM to 12AM - 60€ (upon request) Please note that check-in after midnight is NOT guaranteed.
