10.0Everything you need you will find it in this appointment. The owner is helpful and give all the support you need. The location is 2 minutes walking to champs Elysees.and the best thing you will feel very safe here.

1.0− La dame et le monsieur, qui gère cet établissement sont deux personnes grossières et hautaine, imbuvable et désagréable aux possible. J’ai eu la chance de ne pas avoir eu accès à l’appartement car des gens très hautains et désagréables, aucunement disponible qui vous impose d’attendre des heures pour vous apporter les clés et de plus, vous réclame les 2500 € en liquide afin de vous arnaquer au final. Sans cela je me serais fait arnaquer comme plusieurs personnes ont décrit dans les commentaires précédents. Merci à Booking d’avoir annulé et de m’avoir remboursé. Mais si j’étais Booking, j’annulerais la location de cet appartement sur leur site car cela leur fait une très mauvaise publicité.

Son comportement a été ouvertement raciste, avec des propos discriminatoires et mensongers pour justifier son refus. Nous n’avons jamais pu séjourner dans le logement en raison de cette attitude inacceptable. Heureusement, Booking a pris la situation au sérieux et a procédé à un remboursement intégral. Merci au service client pour sa réactivité et son professionnalisme.
