10.0חדר מעוצב מודרני ויפה, מאוד מרווח, מרפסת מקסימה. החדר נקי והמטבחון מאובזר היטב. מקלחת נקיה ומפנקת. המיקום בשדרה גדולה באיזור שהיה נעים גם בשעות מאוחרות. למרות שהרחוב רועש, כשסוגרים את החלון החדר שקט. קרוב לתחנת מטרו עם שני קווי מטרו. במרחק של כמה דקות הליכה מmarais.
