The location was the best part of our stay. It was near three vaporetti stops and the main train station. The apartment is beautiful at first sight, almost like stepping into another era.

− The bathroom was the worst part about our stay. There were two bathrooms, and one had a clogged sink and the other had a clogged shower. We informed our manager about this and were snubbed. After a point both the manager and the team on booking.com stopped responding. The showers need to be desperately updated. It was moldy and dirty and one would not feel clean after showering with it. This was a huge disappointment, especially as Venice was undergoing a heatwave during our stay. The entire apartment felt like it wasn’t cleaned properly and it was really uncomfortable to stay. I noticed other guests mentioning this in the reviews and the property has not responded productively or professionally.

− к сожалению без негатива не обошлось,так как мы путешествовали всей семьёй, то завтракали дома и отсутствие сковородки было для нас проблемой,не было чайника , воду кипятили в кастрюли, вода плохо сходит и на месте хозяев я бы сделал небольшой ремонт, покрасить, замазать, почистить, а то глаза натыкались и хорошое и на плохое

1. Great location – The apartment is in a quiet area but still very central. There are shops, supermarkets, and a nice small park nearby, and it’s only about a 10-minute walk from the main bus and train station. 2. Very spacious apartment – The apartment itself is large and comfortable, with plenty of space for a short stay.

− 1. Cleanliness was disappointing – Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean. We found a lot of dust and dirt in the bedrooms, and even a pill on the floor, which clearly showed that the apartment had not been cleaned properly before our arrival. 2.Noise from neighbors – The walls are extremely thin. Until around 11 PM we could hear children screaming and people talking very loudly from the neighboring apartments, which made it difficult to relax. 3. Bathroom in poor condition – The bathroom is very poorly maintained. The shower head was old, dirty, and partly broken, making the shower experience unpleasant. 4. Unexpected late check-in fee – We were asked to pay an extra €30 for late check-in. This was not clearly mentioned on Booking, and we only discovered it through a WhatsApp conversation when we arrived. This felt misleading and should have been communicated much more clearly in advance.

Absolutnie genialna lokalizacja, cisza, spokój, drzewa za oknem, co w Wenecji jest fenomenem. Bliskość do głównego węzła komunikacyjnego. Ultra klimatyczny wystrój mieszkania, brak ścian sąsiadów za oknem! Widok z okien super, wygodne łóżka.

− Dowiedzieliśmy się dzień przed przyjazdem, że będzie dodatkowa opłata 30 Euro za przyjazd po 23:00 Do 23:00 miało być 20 Euro. Żenująca niespodzianka. Byliśmy 22:15 a i tak zostaliśmy policzeni 30 Euro. Byłem kilka razy w Wenecji i pierwszy raz obiekt kasował mnie również oddzielnie 4 Euro za osobę za każdy dzień pobytu. 4 osoby x 4 dni x 4 Euro to kolejne 64 Euro. Razem musiałem na "dzień dobry" zapłacić 94 Euro "niespodzianki". Bardzo nieuczciwy system informowania o tym tuż przed przyjazdem. Dom był świetny, ale z 15 lat temu. Teraz już jest stary i w całym domu jest zapach "starych ludzi", środków na mole w szafach itd. Po otwarciu dowolnej szafy można stracić przytomność od zapachu. Nie było możliwości schowania tam ubrać. Kabina prysznicowa uszkodzona, głowica prysznica odpadała, woda nie spływała z brodzika. Gospodarz nie wiedział, że mają być trzy łóżka przygotowane (mimo czytelnej rezerwacji) i nie było pościeli na 3 łóżku, więc dwie kobiety musiały spać w łóżku małżeńskim - po protu nie było dodatkowych pościeli. Beautiful, spacious apartment. We stayed with my pet and there is the perfect park for walks right on the doorstep. Only 15min walk from parking and main station. Also very close walking to all main attractions. Would highly recommend and definately would stay again.
