Worst place I’d seen in Thailand and didn’t get any help for a refund as I paid for 3 days and didn’t stay any

− The room was so dirty and smelt as if it wasn’t even cleaned before I arrived to the point where I booked a new hotel completely and never stayed the night

− Olía mal, había ratas alrededor de la habitación, había una cucaracha y una araña, olía mal el baño, estaba sucio el baño, se escuchaban mucho los ruidos de las otras habitaciones, no tenía ventanas, son antipáticos y la mujer de recepción cogió mi móvil para poner 5 estrellas a su hotel sin mi consentimiento inútilmente porque no pudo. El hotel está lejos del centro.
