Cancelled on the day of arrival, while standing at meet-up point
1.0− Avoid this property at all costs! The booking already raised multiple red flags before arrival: excessive messages, requests for payments outside Booking.com, contradictory information, an unusually complicated check-in process... On the day of arrival, while standing at the meet-up point, we were informed that the apartment was supposedly unavailable due to water/gas damage. We were sent a photo as evidence, but a reverse image search suggested the image was fake/not original. We were not provided with an alternative accommodation and not reimbursement for the price difference when booking a different apartment. So instead of enjoying Paris, we spent part of our trip dealing with refunds, searching for emergency accommodation, and wondering why this listing is available at all on booking.com. If your vacation plan involves actually staying somewhere, I recommend choosing literally any of the thousands of other properties in Paris and avoiding this one!
On a ete escroque, on n'a pas eu acces au logement et notre argement a ete garde par le gestionnaire
1.0Rien du tout. n'a ete bon. Nous n'avons pas ete recu dans l'appartement. Nous avons ete "escroque" par le gestionnaire qui a simule une descente de la police dans les locaux pour nous annoncer que notre reservation est annulee, puis ensuite nous menacer de retenir notre paiement et l'a finalement fait avec des motifs falacieux de "non respect des regles de reservation". Nous avons passe plus d'une heure dehors devant l'appartement dans le froid a notre arrivee et le gestionnaire a refuse de nous donner l'acces. Nous n'avons donc pas ete loge et le cout de la location d;une semaine a ete confisquee par votre gestionnaire. Nous avons reclamer le remburosement sans succes. Nous pensons que c'est un abus de confiance, une tromperie de la part du gestionnaire qui retenu notre paiement.
The staff are disorganised, which made me feel insecure, and the advert doesn't cover all fees.

− Communication with the accommodation provider was very poor; once I’d booked this place on Booking.com, they gave me two other options. I stayed in one place for one day and in another place for the rest of my stay.
