1.0− I would strongly advise business travelers to avoid booking through Hotiday Room Collection. They are a virtual hotel and there is no guest service. My stay itself was fine, but after checkout I was unable to get an invoice. I submitted multiple requests to Hotiday and received no response. I then contacted Booking.com, and their support team also attempted to contact Hotiday on my behalf. Despite repeated requests from both me and Booking.com, I still did not receive an invoice or any response at all. The complete lack of communication and post-stay support has been extremely frustrating and is extremely unprofessional. If you are traveling for business, pls avoid this one.
