Le seul avantage de ce logement est sa localisation. Le logement était propre.

− Tout d'abord, la relation client. Lorsque vous avez des questions en tant que client, non seulement la responsable vous fait comprendre que vous lui faites perdre du temps, et se permet de vous parler de manière inappropriée en menaçant de raccrocher. Ensuite, attention : cet établissement NE PERMET PAS les arrivées après 21h. Et surtout, ils ne vous trouvent pas de solutions. Lorsque vous demandez c'est en résumé : Débrouillez-vous pour que quelqu'un vienne chercher les clefs avant 21h, sinon ce n'est pas avant le lendemain matin. Et donc la nuit est perdue. Enfin, 132€ la nuit pour une cave de 6m2 réaménagée derrière un ascenseur, certe refaite à neuf et plutôt propre, mais laissant passer les bruits et odeurs, sans clim et avec un WiFi, ne fonctionnant pas, je pense que nous pouvons trouver mieux en rapport qualité prix. J'espère que mon message permettra surtout à l'établissement de remettre en question sa relation client et son service.

The location & proximity to restaurants, RER and Metro stations, was good

− Where to start? It felt more like a prison isolation cell than a city break destination, small, dark (although the bathroom was ok, although I'd defy any typical American to squeeze his/her way into the shower.. The downstairs 'living' room was dark, tiny, & the table & chairs were poor. I've sat on more comfortable park benches. As for the bed area! I might have been accessible to a mountain goat (up a precipitous narrow ladder, provided the goat isn't taller than 0.75 metres tall!). I'm reasonably fit & active, but think access to the bed is unsafe & inaccessible to normal (especially less mobile) people. I was booked to stay 4 nights, which was 4 nights too long. And for 4 nights, they provided ONE toilet roll. How generous!

− Pas de service,locker éloigné et procédure compliquée pour retirer la clef mais surtout pour la rendre ! Très petit,bareaux à la fenêtre ,va et vient des poubelles le matin. Code wifi erroné...bref

Proximity to metro line. However there are many other better places that have same proximity or better access to transportation. So it wouldn't be a reason to stay here again.

− Mold!! which was for us a big health concern. Couldn't even hang towel in bathroom as the wood frame of washroom had mold. The smell of mould was so strong. Furthermore, the safety deposit of $495CAD was requested 10 days in advance to our travel. And returned 4 weeks later after our check out. Completely unnecessary. Last, but not least, the Check-in instructions with codes were given only on day of check in. But never mentioned sooner that the keys had o be picked up at a different address first, before you actually go where you would stay. Such inconvenience. At least a heads-up would have been appreciated and given at the time of deposit (10 days earlier). So you can plan ahead. Don't stay here. There are very nice places for same and even less money in close proximity.

there is nothing that i can say that i liked about it

− Collecting the keys in rain and very very poor communication the person with I was speaking to. the Room was very unkept and untidy. I had to leve me trip earlier becuase of the condidtion of the room and the communication we had with the staff
