10.0Emplacement parfait pour bouger sans voiture. Un mini shop et boulangerie juste à côté. Bars et restos à proximité. Appartement spacieux.
− Salle de bain un peu petite pour 8 personnes.

8.0Le calme du quartier. L'accès facile et la proximité du métro et des magasins pour se ravitailler. La parfaite propreté de l'appartement. La qualité de la literie.
− La salle de bain est vraiment très petite ( pas en rapport avec la taille de l appartement, ni faite pour 6.8 pers ) .Eau chaude pour 4 douches pas plus ! Il faut s'organiser.! La douche est très exiguë ( inacessible a une personne de forte stature !) Impossible de connecter le rétro projecteur a une tablette ou un téléphone : dommage car cette proposition de projection est une super idée !
