− Couldn't check in and no reply when ringing for assistance. Eventually assisted by a long term resident who said this situation happens regularly. Room was very basic minimalist but ok

− We were two young girls travelling we booked this after 6 months of hostels. We were woken up at 6am to our front door wide open due to the lock being unsuccessful. This scared us and we contacted the absolute INCOMPETENT owner who decided to ignore us (multiple times),the next day we had to walk round Bangkok with our suitcases all day as the door didn’t lock so we could not leave our belongs in there. No security cameras, no key card needed on the front door that’s constantly open to let people help themselves to our belongings in our open room! Stay here if you want the thrill of not knowing if you’ll wake up with a stranger in your room in the morning like we did. If you want a relaxing stay spend your money else where!
