7.0Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß.
− Die Klimaanlage musste ich nachts wieder anschalten, da durch den Spalt unter der Tür Hitze aus dem Hausgang kam.

6.0El trato muy atento y cercano por parte del personal.
− Nos quisieron cobrar una fianza al hacer el check in sin que viniese reflejada en ningún sitio, tras aclararlo y no cobrárnosla nos hicicieron esperar a mi mujer y a mi un rato en recepcíon hasta comprobar la habitación. Es la primera vez que nos sucede esto en un alojamiento.
