9.0Byt byl velice čistý, pěkně vybavený, kousek od metra a dráhy. Hezký výhled z okna. Elektrické stahovací rolety, což bylo super. Kolem hodně zeleně, univerzitní park, kousek ovál na běh a sportoviště. Supermarket skoro za rohem.
− Poměrně rušná silnice, ale rolety ji odhlučnily.

8.0La ubicación del apartamento es buena, está a 15 minutos caminando de dos estaciones del metro lo que hace fácil el acceso a la ciudad. El edificio está en un sector hotelero lo que hace que esté en zonas seguras. Adicionalmente hay mercados y lugares para comprar alimentos para preparar y restaurantes. El apartamento tenía todo lo que necesitamos para la estancia. Los anfitriones Stephane and Christine estuvieron siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades antes, durante y al finalizar la estadía.
− El edificio donde está el apartamento se ve muy deteriorado. El apartamento es más bien pequeño para tres personas y le hace falta un poco más de ventilación; aunque se pueden abrir las ventanas, el ruido de la calle cansa y hace que toque cerrarlas nuevamente.
