− Hope the agent can manages the property better. Check-in process was rough. During stay the electricity was abruptly disconnected for the day.

1.0− After booking, additional charges (a security deposit and electricity fee) appeared that were not visible before confirmation. Communication with the host was unclear and not very helpful. This was a non-refundable reservation, so I expected all costs and conditions to be transparent upfront. I recommend that European travelers double-check that all details, including deposits and extra fees, are listed in the confirmation before finalizing a booking. The transaction is currently under dispute, so I cannot comment on the on-site conditions.
