Koszmar, właściciel cham, nora a nie mieszkanie, zakłamane zdjęcia, trzymajcie się od tych oszustów z daleka! Wysokość n
1.0Właściciel to cham, który zostawił nas bez pomocy w upale 45 stopni, gdzie ludzie w Paryżu umierali z powodu temperatury. W tej norze (zdjęcia to sprytny Photoshop) mieliśmy jeden wiatrak na dwa malutkie pokoiki. Cytuje właściciela (napisał to pierwszego dnia naszego pobytu - byliśmy 10 dni): „jak się nie podoba to zostawcie klucze i wynocha”. Daliśmy za tę notę za 10 dni 2055 euro! W dodatku jakaś baba ze wschodnim akcentem przekazując nam klucze wymusiła na nas 35 euro! Tak, szanowni państwo tu są kolejne ukryte koszty, o których nie ma informacji na stronie booking. Nas ta baba zmusiła abyśmy z nią poszli po pieniądze do bankomatu.
− Obskurna nora z niskim sufitem i schodami, stromymi, aby dostać się do toalety. Robaki. Zdjęcia to jest przekłamanie i robione specjalnym obiektywem aby wyglądały na duże! W łazience grzyby pleśń i odpadający sufit.

8.0Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla metro e con una breve passeggiata si raggiungono diversi punti di interesse. Nonostante la centralità è super silenzioso. Letto comodo. Lavatrice e asciugatrice funzionano al top!
− Il costo del check-in 35€ (non avevo capito in fase di prenotazione). Il deposito cauzionale (anche questo non lo avevo capito in sede di prenotazione). Poca chiarezza in generale nelle info su questi dettagli. Il terzo letto (nonostante la prenotazione fosse per 3) non era fatto.

6.0Świetna lokalizacja przy dość spokojnej ulicy.
− Na zdjęciach mieszkanie wygląda na większe - w istocie jest maleńkie. Ręcznik śmierdział jak obora, musiałem korzystać ze swojego. Kuchnia jest mała i niewygodna. Informacja o tym, że za samo przyniesienie kluczy trzeba zapłacić dodatkowo 30 euro powinna być lepiej widoczna w ogłoszeniu.

6.0Location was good, in a nice area and very close to Montmarte and Galleries Lafayette. Lots of great restaurants and cafes around. The bathroom was clean and new. The house was nicely decorated.
− We were unable to pay the security deposit as our banks deemed the website as suspicious. However after talking with the staff, they allowed us to stay without it after taking a photo of our passport. Perhaps if we had a European credit card it would be accepted. The bed was two single beds together and the lounge bed was very hard.

6.0Location is o.k. There is a lot of bar and restorants. Metro station is near.
− It can be cleaner. And it is too much to pay 35 E if person come and bring you keys (you can leave key box in the hall).

Apartment is available for long-term stays (starting from 30 days). It will be necessary to provide us with the supporting documents to fulfill the requirements for BAIL MOBILITÉ (Mobility Lease): - 1 piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall) - 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or educational) - proof that the occupant has the necessary funds to cover the rent: tax declaration, pay slips, and/or bank account. A mobility lease (Bail Mobilité) will be sent to you by email upon receipt of the requested supporting documents, and an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
