10.0Exceptional stay! I had a truly wonderful experience at this apartment. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfectly organized. The communication with the host was smooth, friendly, and efficient — they were always available, responded quickly to any questions, and made me feel very welcome. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed for my stay — a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, comfortable bed with quality linens, and fast Wi-Fi. I especially appreciated the small touches: coffee and tea provided, fresh towels, and a very helpful welcome guide with tips about the neighborhood. The location was excellent — close to public transport, restaurants, shops, theaters and Metro station, but still very quiet and peaceful at night. I felt safe and well-connected. Overall, this was one of the best stays I've had. I highly recommend this apartment and would absolutely stay here again in the future. Thank you to the amazing staff for making everything so easy and enjoyable!

Please be prepared to pay the CHECK-IN FEE in CASH directly to your check-in assistant in exchange for the keys. The check-in fee rates: 3PM to 10PM - 35€ 10PM to 12AM - 60€ (upon request) Please note that check-in after midnight is NOT guaranteed. As an exception, you may request a late check-in in advance, and the check-in fee will start from 90€.
Apartment is available for long-term stays (starting from 30 days). It will be necessary to provide us with the supporting documents to fulfill the requirements for BAIL MOBILITÉ (Mobility Lease): - 1 piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall) - 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or educational) - proof that the occupant has the necessary funds to cover the rent: tax declaration, pay slips, and/or bank account. A mobility lease (Bail Mobilité) will be sent to you by email upon receipt of the requested supporting documents, and an inventory will be carried out upon your arrival and departure.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
