If we would of been told about the pipe that would of been ok

− The smell. There’s been a burst pipe as of when we went in early Feb. Bathrooms disgusting and the corridors not much better

1.0− No windows in our room. The bed was Pallets with a matress on. The whole inn smelled like rat shit. No personal shower and Toilet. Showers were disgusting as fuck. You will get diseases here you didnt even know they exist.

− Having to complain to booking.com about the standards and also making the hosts feel uncomfortable about the standards. They were not employees but there was a dozen other people equally unhappy at the same time as we were checking in. Thankfully I left before the sewers apparently burst and they were wading through faeces to get out.
