6.0La ubicación excelente, muy cerca de la Torre Eiffel, zona tranquila con restaurantes y supermercados cerca. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para tu estancia.
− No le hemos puesto mejor nota al apartamento porque me parece una vergüenza tener que pagar 35€ por qué venga una persona a entregarme las llaves el día del check-in, cuando eso debería estar incluido en el precio y encima se tiene que pagar en efectivo en el momento, también te bloquean un depósito de 1000€ como concepto de franquicia por daños. La calefacción es central y no se puede regular, en nuestro caso no tuvimos problema pero si eres caluroso lo pasarás mal porque el apartamento está muy cálido.

8.0La posizione invidiabile a due passi dalla metro e dalla senna, tour Eiffel a 10 minuti a piedi, zona tranquilla, fornita di tutto. La ragazza che ci ha fatto il check in parlava un italiano perfetto è stato un magnifico ben venuto, letti comodi, cuscini comodi, possibilità di farsi un caffè, abbiamo trovato 4 capsule, frigorifero, lavatrice, fornelli elettrici, insomma tutto quanto necessario
− Il bagno era piccolo, e non c'era una vera zona pranzo, le finestre davano sul cortile, non ci hanno consentito di lasciare il bagaglio dopo il check out, cosa che invece con cortesia finora tutti i gestori hanno sempre concesso, abbiamo dovuto provvedere con un deposito bagagli a pagamento per fortuna in zona. Altra cosa necessario autorizzare blocco sulla carta di 1000 euro per eventuali danni che hanno provveduto a sbloccare circa 10 giorni dopo la nostra partenza

7.0La ubicación era excelente, cerca de restaurantes y supermercados y a un paseo del metro, el Sena y la Torre Eiffel El edificio tenía encanto parisino y estaba muy limpio
− La cama doble era muy pequeña (135 cm) y muy dura. Si eres un poco grande imposible dormir 2 personas cómodamente El sofá cama era solo aceptable para 1 persona No tiene aire acondicionado, ojo en las olas de calor de agosto , solo contábamos con 1 ventilador a pesar de que usábamos 2 habitaciones La nevera apenas enfría y no tiene espacio El checking además de ser engorroso te lo cobran aparte y en efectivo, aunque lo hagas dentro del horario establecido , cosa que no entiendo… porque este cargo aparece oculto y un checking hay que hacerlo sí o sí, ¿porque no incluirlo dentro del precio de Booking?

- 1 proof of the reason for the stay (professional or educational)
- proof that the occupant has the necessary funds to cover the rent: tax declaration, pay slips, and/or bank account.
