− One bathroom for 4 rooms, potentially 10 people. Very hot, some AC but didn't work very well. Funky system for entrance with key safes on gates.

Perfect as a functional place to stay in a great location. Shared facilities, but reflected in price
7.0Fantastic location in a quiet part of Venice. Close to the Piazzale Roma and good boat links to Marco Polo airport. Good restaurants on the doorstep.
− Shared bathroom facilities. Quite thin walls. Occasional issues with electricity. Tricky window blinds.

− The toilet doesnt flush at all??? Despite there being so many guest and one toilet??? Also the room was adequate but not big, but perhaps its due to the location
