Cheap, but stressful
5.0The apartment is good value for money
− The photos don't reflect the reality, e.g. there kitchen and toilet were under-equipped (cutlery, toilet paper, toilet brush etc.). The host didn't contact us beforehand, so we weren't sure if the booking was still confirmed and how to get in the apartment, which caused unnecessary stress. The contact with the host was generally very limited – when asked basic questions about towels availability, luggage storage option etc. the host simply didn't respond. He contacted us only about questions relevant to him, for example when we were going to check out, but didn't bother to answer our questions, which was very frustrating and again, unnecessarily stressful. The host wasn't very polite either – when we wrote to him that we would like to use the luggage storage option, he replied 'If you absolutely cannot take your suitcases with you, we will try to help. But if you can, I won't have to wait there', which didn't make us feel welcome.

9.0The owner was very helpful, he let us leave our bags there and also let us check in earlier. The location was great, 10 min walk (uphill) to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia etc. Great restaurants and shops nearby, a lovely little park at the end of the street and a very good restaurant next to the park. The apartment is nothing flash but it was fine for a couple of nights.
− We like to make our own breakfasts and packed lunch and sometimes evening meals and there was no cooking facility when we were under the impression that there would be. It was good to have a fridge though.

7.0-Poziția foarte bună -Liniștea zonei -Comunicarea cu gazda
− -Pozele nu corespund cu realitatea, fiind mult mai mizerabil în baie, în realitate, de fapt. -A fost foarte friguroasă, iar abia după ce am vorbit de câteva ori cu proprietarul s-a rezolvat oarecum situația. -Este foarte zgomotoasă, pereții fiind extrem de subțiri -Dulapuri nefolosibile și murdare -Lipsește lampă de citit, care ar fi utilă și peria de wc.
