9.0The place was really comfortable. We had some initial doubts since the listing was fairly new and had limited reviews, but when we arrived, the room is exactly the same as shown in the pictures—freshly renovated and pleasant. It’s located along a small alley, but definitely accessible via the main road. It’s equipped with cooking wares, a coffee maker, a microwave, a water kettle, and a stove, and we were able to use the amenities. We also were given access to Wi-Fi. The host, Nicola, was accommodating and helpful. As first time travelers to Venice, he gave us a few tips, which were truly helpful.

9.0Die Lage war toll, das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wir hatten ein eigenes Badezimmer.
− Am letzten Tag ging die Heizung an und dieses war sehr störend da diese sehr laut war.
