Avoid this place at all costs. Extremely poor service and abusive on holding credit credit card deposit
3.0− During the heat wave was under the roof, extremely and dangerously hot.. they take a credit card deposit which took nearly 3 weeks to refund.
Awful. Would not recommend.

− Slight confusion with payment of a separate damage deposit, three-story walk up was not easy with big suitcases

8.0Location was great. Close to shops, restaurants etc. Could walk to many attractions. The Host was very helpful as there was a bit of confusion about a deposit.
− The apartment was on the third floor and the staircase was tricky to manage with luggage. However we know that is typical of many apartments and we managed.

10.0Apartment is in the heart of Le Marais.. Very close to the metro and bus stations which allows to move in Paris easily. The location is very safe and pleasant. There are very good cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. During our 3 nights stay we arrived to apartment after midnight with my wife and daughter comfortably. It is a classic Paris apartment with very clean and comfortable beds and stuff. Small kitchen is very usefull for preparing food in the apartment. Owner was very kind and helpfull. I would prefer again for next time in Paris.
