− Not a fan of the no reception accomodation where you need codes etc to get your key, air must have had blocked pipe as water all over cabinet & my stuff in morning, tv also didnt work, they did come & fix both though so thankyou

− It was the worst hotel experience of my life. The hotel name listed in the booking was YON INN, but the actual property was called N Stay, making it extremely difficult to locate. I spent nearly 40 minutes trying to find the property. The property representative was rude, unhelpful, and uncooperative throughout the process. When I finally checked in, the room and bathroom were dirty and infested with cockroaches. Due to the unacceptable condition of the room, I had to spend more than two and a half hours outside while repeatedly contacting customer support through emails and phone calls. After multiple complaints, the hotel finally changed my room. However, the overall experience was extremely stressful, time-consuming, and disappointing. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
