El apartamento muy lindo y buena ubicacion

− Cuando llegamos en el baño no había luz. Recién a la noche nos contestaron que lo arreglarían. Nunca vinieron. Nunca contestaron un mensaje. Eramos 4 adultos y cada vez que íbamos al baño dejábamos la puerta abierta para tener luz. Una vergüenza!!! No lo recomiendo

Close to everything, but some amenities should be looked after more carefully

It was close to the train station. Good AC. A lot of stores nearby. Helpful host. Check in at any time

− - no hand soap - no bodywash, no shampoo ( this was not really necessary, but the hand soap should’ve been there) - host responds really slow - some dishes were dirty - the entrance to the garage is really narrow and abrupt. I had to go with the back to not scratch my bumper. Inside the garage again really narrow. I have a Corolla hatchback and it was really hard to park and I used to drive trucks so It is really hard to park, but if someone is helping you, then yes, you can do it - to enter the front gate, then go to the apartment and to open the garage door took 1 hour. It’s true that I have arrived at 1:00 am and the host was sleeping, but the instructions could’ve been more helpful with pictures, not 3 pages long pdfs - when we arrived there were 2 guys in the basement listening to loud music and when we were trying to park one of them asked me to go there, grabbed my arm and tried to keep me there to talk and they were smoking. The whole garage was full with smoke.

Dobra lokalizacja, pod domem sklep, przystanek bezpośrednio do Wenecji. Pokój czysty, bez zarzutu.

− Faktycznie klucz był w skrytce, ale niestety nie można nim otworzyć drzwi wejściowych! Właściciel z którym jesteś tylko na whatsap twierdził że klucz trzeba wkładać z wyczuciem… w efekcie musieliśmy dzwonić po domofonach zdenerwowanych starszych ludzi. Ponadto w umówionej skrzynce nie było pilota do garażu, auto z duszą na ramieniu trzymałem na ulicy 3 dni.

Good way to see Venice with a little more space and save some money

Great quiet apartment near Mestre Venice train station. Place was clean and plenty big for our family of 4. We chose to stay here for the convenience of the train station being 1.5 blocks away. It saved us from having to drag our luggage around Venice and saved a few bucks. A quick 10 minute train ride put us into the tourist area, while allowing us to have a little extra space.

− Nothing negative to say. It fit exactly what we wanted.
