Excellence and warmth, a true gem in Paris
10.0I would argue this has been one of the most pleasant experiences in the many years I have used the platform. The hosts went above and beyond. I honestly cannot imagine why this apartment does not have a round 10, because everything was so smooth and good: 1. Communication: The hosts were incredibly attentive, checking with me before the trip so that I had all the things I needed. I traveled with a baby, and they were super eager to help me with a crib, a baby seat, and baby utensils, so we were all set from the get-go. They were also quite helpful in answering my questions and checking in with us during the 10 days we stayed, so we had everything we needed. When we left, they left us a very kind and warm message that really felt sad leaving Paris. 2. Location: This unit was well located and met all our expectations. Close connection to trains and buses, walkable neighborhood, family-friendly area, full of nice restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, convenience stores, bars. Seriously, top location if you are staying more than a week. 3. The apartment: very well equipped. It had everything we needed (you can check the amenities on booking.com, so I won't list them), and it made a huge difference. This apartment is ready, so you hit the ground running. If I were to travel to Paris again in the future, I will stay in this apartment. No questions. Kudos to Christine & Stéphane, all the credit to them
− I cannot say there's anything I did not like. However, just so I don't sound too positively biased, I would say the elevator in the building is slightly smaller than we thought, so we had to take two trips to go up with the stroller. However, this is such a minor inconvenience that I hope it does not deter anyone.
