− We booked the property in feb for april. Property contacted us 24 hrs before check in and claimed plumbing issues. Even after mentioning that we were okay with the plumbing issues, the agent refused to let us check in or even meet us at the location. Instead offered a property far away in the 16th arr. Bait and swap in my opinion.

First of all, the day before my departure, the property manager messaged me to say I couldn’t stay in my original reservation accommodation (this listing at Avenue Montagne). Instead, we were told we’d stay “very close” within 2 miles of our original reservation. We were told there was even a nice terrace to “enjoy fresh air.” The reason was an “unexpected” water problem at this property. This was a huge surprise and disappointment as we only had 2 nights in Paris and thus location was critical. We were given a larger apt with 2 bedrooms and it was in an upscale residential neighborhood (16th Arrondissement). The location could be good for those seeking a quiet location away from the action. We also got a second bedroom instead of one.

− There were so many problems with the property they gave us. The WiFi stopped working from the first morning onwards, the toilet cover was loose and unstable, insufficient toilet paper, the trash can knobs didn’t work, the main bedroom window was facing the street and very noisy, the ceiling on the second bedroom was transparent and thus my children couldn’t sleep off their jet lag due to brightness, the coffee machine leaked, the shower door was awkward and caused water to spill onto the floor, shower mats looked dirty, someone’s backpack was in a closet when we checked in.

Nous n'avons pas pu séjourner dans cet appartement car 1 heure avant notre arrivée, la personne de la location nous a affirmé que l'appartement était en travaux. Des échanges la veille où nous annonçons notre heure d'arrivée, on ne nous informe pas de cette situation. On a dû chercher une autre location car celle proposée en secours n'est pas adapté

− Communication catastrophique! Nous avons dû gérer l'urgence nous même dans des délais extrêmement court!

− The original apartment we booked was changed to a different location much farther from the center, even though the original location was one of the main reasons we chose this reservation. The WiFi was also not working properly during our stay, and the room we slept in appeared to be an adapted patio area, which was extremely cold and uncomfortable.

− Ha sido un timo . Éramos 3 adultos y 2 niños de 5 y 10 años.En el último momento nos han dicho que ya no está disponible , que está inundado.Como alternativa tuvimos que aceptar alojarnos en un apartamento (si se puede llamar así ), mucho más lejos y que tenía las habitaciones en un patio y el techo de panel Sandwich transparente.Una vergüenza .Nos pusimos en contacto con Booking y no nos ayudaron en ningún momento.
