FRAUDULENT LISTING – ILLEGAL SCAM RESIDENTIAL CONDO,

Not much to like

− This is NOT A HOTEL. It is a private residential condominium where daily and weekly rentals are ILLEGAL under Thai law, clearly stated by multiple official notices inside the building. Despite this, the unit is being sold on Booking.com as accommodation, which is misrepresentation and fraud. From the start, the experience was a disaster: No proper check-in No reception No official contact All communication was done via WhatsApp, which is completely unprofessional and a major red flag. I was unable to access the building independently because my face was never registered in the mandatory facial recognition system. Security directed me to the condominium management office, where I was officially informed that NO GUEST STAY HAD BEEN REGISTERED OR APPROVED BY THE AGENCY. This confirms the stay was unauthorized and illegal. When I informed the so-called “butler,” instead of resolving the issue, he questioned why I went to the administration myself — a clear attempt to avoid exposure. For the entire 15-day stay, I was forced to rely on other residents entering and exiting just to get inside the building. This is unacceptable, unsafe, humiliating, and frightening. I had to cancel all late-night activities, constantly worried about being locked outside. This completely destroyed my Bangkok experience. There are large, official warning signs in the building stating: “NOT A HOTEL” “Daily and weekly rentals are illegal” Violations may lead to fines and imprisonment I paid for accommodation and instead received illegal lodging, restricted access, constant anxiety, and loss of personal freedom. This felt like paying to live in a prison, not a holiday stay. I DEMAND A FULL REFUND. This listing should be immediately removed, and Booking.com must take responsibility for allowing an illegal and deceptive operation on its platform.

Shut it Down if you don’t know how to manage your Condo.

Nothing at all !!! Nightmare- I haven’t got my refund yet after 2 weeks more and i had the worst experience ever staying in Thailand i booked that place for a week and we could stay only for a day as the property is a non tourist resident area which is kind of illegal and could be lead to jail and fines so yeah we had to wait for people to enter the building to us to sneak in and out and we stayed outside the whole night and the host isn’t helpful at all left us like this without sending someone nor trying to reach out if everything is alright i hope we get our refund as this is bullshit! I have been to many hotel and stays in thailand but this one is illegal and they piss you off!

Only location.

− It's very hard to find impossible to reach. Owner needs to put blossom condo location. Or otherwise booking. Com please remove from your site. Because who ever stay here. Find it very difficult to reach.

Host communication wasn't great.. complex nice

The room did what it meant to, the shower was good and the view was nice. The pools and everything in the complex was nice.

− The host massively let our stay down here. The communication was shocking, which made checking in and out extremely difficult. The host is in China, so is managing a few apartments from a distance? It shows that they are detached from it all and are not helpful. The room we stayed in smelt strongly of cigarettes (we don't smoke) and the kitchen doors were hanging off and air con leaking onto the bed.
