6.0Lage ist zentral, eine Kneipe gleich an der Ecke war toll!
− Eine Anzahlung von 70 % des Gesamtbetrags für drei Nächte ist erforderlich. Für ein Luxusapartment mag das verständlich sein, für ein durchschnittliches, nicht gründlich gereinigtes Apartment wäre es jedoch zu viel. Ich hatte viel Stress mit Kaution zurückzahlen.

9.0Emplacement parfait, à 2 min du métro. Appartement spacieux avec tout l'équipement nécessaire, même si nous n'en avons pas profité car nous y étions seulement pour dormir. Seule la salle de bains mériterait d'être refaite. Hôte très réactif, je recommande @

8.0The location is quite convenient, near the metro station. Nearby is a grocery store, next to a good boulangerie.
− A few days before arrival, the owner asked for a deposit of 650 euros. There was no information about this when booking the apartments. Already more than 10 days have passed since departure, but I have not received either the deposit or any information. We left the apartment tidy. There were electric heaters in the apartment, but not all of them worked and it was impossible to adjust them. There was cold and humid in the apartment .
