Vi kom aldri inn, og det var ikkenoe hotell, men et kondomenium uten resepsjon. Vi ringte fra 2 dager før ankoms, og vi ringte flere ganger mens vi kjørte rund blokka og og snakket med folk der Vi fikk svar 2 ganger, først på kinesisk, så på uforståelig engelsk. Fra folk i blokka fikk vi vite at det ikke var resepsjon og at det var kinesere som leide ut leiligheter. Vi ga opp, og fant oss et HOTELL i nærheten, til halve prisen! Seinere har jeg forlangt pengene tilbake fra Booking.com, men blitt møtt med øredøvende taushet. Vi betalte også ekstra for vask- nesten like mye som den anonserte prisen. Konklusjon: Aldri merr Bokking.com. Nå er dere advart, og jeg advarer alle jeg har kontakt med på sosiale media, så lenge bokking.com foblir tause!

− Difficult to get in touch with the owner of property. can not get the keycard we have to go looking for new hotel to stay

− Unfortunately, my experience here was not the best. We had difficulty getting in touch with the host to receive the key cards, and after finally connecting, we still had to wait for quite some time. Additionally, we were required to make copies of our documents at the reception, which came with an extra fee. The apartment itself is in need of some updates and cosmetic repairs. Overall, it didn't meet my expectations.

Location was useful, but nothing else.

− The apartment was badly maintained. Bathroom smelled like fish had died in there. TV wasn't working as subscription wasn't paid and antenna not working. Impersonal communication; wasn't allowed to bring luggage or check-in before 2pm.....and then nobody was available for check-in at 2pm. Had to wait 30 minutes for a maid who didn't speak Thai. Don't book this apartment!!

− TitlOur stay at this apartment was disappointing. The room did not match the photos, the pool was unavailable, and building maintenance covered our balcony and windows for the entire duration without notice. Cockroaches were everywhere, and the mattress was too hard to sleep on. We had to manage our own rubbish cleaning and were only provided with three days of toilet paper for a nine-day stay. Equipments are tired and often broken. Illegal short-term rental notices threatening legal actions were posted around the building. The secretive operator, who never showed her face, insisted on communicating via WhatsApp instead of booking.com, and became aggressive and abusive after we requested a partial refund.
