1.0− they cancelled the room I paid for at the day of arrival and told me to create a request for refund on booking.com. Booking is trying to reach the property with email and phone but they're not answering. their registered phones also belong to some old employee. They have a wp communication channel and they keep telling me they did not received anything from booking.com. You have to try to contact booking. this is unaccaptable!

7.0Nice property in a good location. Comfy rooms
− It was a bit noisy with doors slamming and footsteps upstairs. The aircon made a buzzing noise. There is no front desk and any issues have to be dealt with over WhatsApp which was very slow and frustrating
