− The room has a strong awful smell - it smells like dampness and it doesn’t go. The bedding is bobbled and seems quite old.

− La location d'appartement pour de courte durée est interdite dans se building dès notre arrivée la réception nous a demandé le numéro de l'appartement afin de le signaler à la police. Et impossible de franchir les portes vers les ascenseurs, obligé d'attendre que quelqu'un sorte.

− Be aware that this appears to be an unofficial rental. The host asked us not to tell anyone we were staying there and to avoid the lobby with luggage. This made the experience stressful and uncomfortable, as it felt like we had to hide from building staff. The apartment itself is okay, but I would not book again due to this issue.
