After taking the full payment, they refused the check-in, left me stranded, and forced me to spend the night on the street. They completely ghosted Booking.com customer support and refused to answer their calls to avoid giving a refund. A formal criminal complaint and police report have been officially filed against this property for fraud. If you book here, your money is NOT safe, and you might find yourself stuck in the street. STAY AWAY!
