9.0Tanto spazio, ottimo il condizionatore in pieno luglio serve tantissimo e comodissima la posizione vicinissima al centro. Ottimo anche il prezzo. I letti tutti comodissimi ci ha super sorpreso... Di solito qualcuno deve sacrificarsi su divani letti scomodissimi. Invece questi erano tutti comodissimi.
− Il check in alle 14 è un pochino tardi, all'una sarebbe più comodo, ma vabbè niente di grave. Manca solo una bella cucina, andrebbe bene anche in comune... Perché mangiare sempre fuori non è l'ideale in città costose come Firenze.

4.0The location was great. Beds were comfortable. There was enough space in the room.
− Poor water pressure in the shower. Tiny elevator that made me feel claustrophobic. Inconvenient elevator doors and doors to the guest house - you can stuck there if you have a large suitcase. The worst thing was communication. A few hours before the check-in I contacted the host via Booking and said that me and my friends will arrive by 2 pm, which is the allowed check-in time. I got a reply, and the host said that we will get the keys after we check in. No digital codes were shared, even though I asked about them. When we arrived, we figured out that the bell near the building entrance doesn't work. The host didn't reply to the new messages and didn't pick up the phone. We eventually managed to get inside the building only because some guys were walking out of it. Then, we discovered that the guest house door was locked as well. We tried to knock, but no success. While we were trying to figure everything out, there was still no reply from the host. Oh, and the connection inside the building is poor, so I had to walk downstairs and keep trying to get in touch with the host while holding the door. In the meantime, my friends managed to talk to the guest house maid. She gave us the keys, so we finally managed to get to our room. Then, my friend tried to text the host via Whatsapp, and after around 20 minutes we finally got a reply with codes and some apologies. It took us around 1.5 hour to get to the room just because the host didn't share the codes in advance and didn't reply. I can survive poor water pressure or that elevator, but communication was a disaster.
