− i booked 5 nights here and my shampoo disappeared in day 2.

− It wasn't clear that this was a shared bathroom situation. Also: no light or switches near the bed (the only switch was on the other end of the room, so you need a flashlight to find the bed). No other lights than the main (very bright) main lamp.
