10.0le personnel était à notre écoute et était très réactif avec une mention spéciale pour Daniel qui m a beaucoup aidé dans ma réservation de spa la situation géographique la salle de sport et la laverie

9.0Proche Pontocho à pied et métro direct pour Fushimi inari. Lits très bons. Grand frigo et grande sdb. Personnel très serviable et aimable. Laundry pratique. Proche de 7 eleven et fresco.
− Banquette trop basse par rapport à la table de repas dans la chambre. La signalétique sur les murs sombres dans les couloirs n’est pas très visible… mon réseau e sim ne marchait pas bien dans leur hall pour commander un Uber et l’accueil ne pouvait pas commander de taxi pour plus de 4 personnes (je n’ai pas compris pourquoi).
