There was very little flexibility in timing to pick keys up. Either before 2pm or after 8pm incurred additional (high) costs

− Le lit était trop mou. Nous entendions les voix des voisins de la chambre. les 4 étages sont difficiles à monter en fin de journée

Over priced, dirty and not worth it. Would recommend to stay elsewhere

The location was good

− The apartment was dirty and had not been cleaned properly since the last guests. We arrived on the friday, and on saturday I messaged the owner informing them that the floor was dirty to the point our feet were black from walking around, there was big chunks of dust above the bed, the sofa was dirty, spider webs above bed ect. Picture attached of feet after walking around in apartment for one hour, dust chunks above the bed. They responded to me highlighting with ‘Good morning, Dear XXx, I'm very sorry about your dissatisfaction with the apartment. I can't do anything from here. I already checked the situation and was told that the apartment was cleaned and our colleague Alessandra checked it before her arrival. Did you leave any windows open? Probably. If you left any windows open, a little dust may have gotten in, which is perfectly normal because it was a bit windy’ I then advised we had not opened a window and the apartment was just dirty. Considering there was a £100 cleaning fee in the cost I was very surprised as to what thist covered. They then advised they would contact me on Sunday and offered to send someone out on Monday to clean - we had been in the apartment for 3 days at this point and were leaving the next day. When I said this wasn’t satisfactory they advised they would contact me with a solution, and didn’t. I reached out and they said I had refused cleaning. In all honesty a decent apartment would have refunded the cleaning charge as this clearly never happened. The bed, as shown in every review, is bad and in need to changing. It is foam and you both roll into the middle and have no support, which after a city break and 70 steps up to the apartment isn’t really acceptable. I would strongly advise to book elsewhere. I’ve stayed in Florence for much cheaper with much higher standards. There’s also white stains all over the sofa which in all honesty is a bit disgusting

Great facilities.

− Mattress dipped in the middle so we seemed to be rolling in to each other overnight and waking up. Could do with a new mattress.
