9.0Schöne Lage am Bächlein, super zentral, alles gut erreichbar. Zimmer ist sauber und groß, bequeme Betten. Kevin der Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ohne sich aufzudrängen. Es gibt Wasser, Kaffee, Amenities zur Selbstbedienung. Großes Bad.
− Küche nicht zum richtigen kochen ausgestattet, im Flur riecht es ein bisschen

2.0入室方法が不慣れな客にはわかりにくいシステムかなと思うのですが、遠隔スタッフの方がこまめに連絡をくれていたので安心感があったこと
− •スタッフ不在なのは特に問題無いのですが、ホテルのフロントに本来バックヤードにあるような掃除道具や洗剤などが散らかっていたこと •2人で一泊しかしていないのですが、お風呂の排水溝が詰まっていたようでシャワーの使用中に排水が溢れてきた。掃除が行き届いていなかったのかなと思う
Beautiful Ryokan in the heart of Kyoto
9.0Such a beautiful place. Everything from the tatami-matted rooms and sliding paper doors to the very kind host, this is one of those accommodations that will always remind you of Japan. The neighborhood was quiet with plenty of shopping & restaurants nearby. Hoping to come back again one day.

10.0Location was really great, area was quiet, but really close to train stations. Place was everything we hoped for. Owner was super informed and gave us hints about local events. We really enjoyed our stay. Really good service also for non-japanese speakers since all information is available in English.
