I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. The location was perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore London and access everything I needed throughout the weekend. The accommodation itself was excellent—clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional level of service. The staff were outstanding from start to finish, providing clear and detailed information before arrival and remaining attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. Their professionalism and genuine care made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find a property that combines such a prime location with such outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting London and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making my weekend so enjoyable and memorable.

− Ne mettre que 4 ensembles de couverts/verres/assiettes etc… pour un appartement de ce standing est anormal Il ne faut pas espérer dormir dans le salon côté rue : très bruyant Mais la chambre est calme

Localizado em um ponto central da cidade, apartamento bonito, completo e com boa ducha

− Eles cobram uma taxa extra (por fora do booking) de +/- 200 £ que, segundo o dono, é para cobrir possíveis danos no apartamento. Não sei se o Booking permite mas não fui avisada sobre essa taxa até que não fosse mais possível cancelar a estadia. Outro ponto é que não liberam os dados so local e senhas até que você pague. No meu país, o valor equivale a R$1700 a mais... então é muito! Viajei com minha família, então o problema foi uma taxa a mais, sem aviso prévio e que poderia ser um golpe... não o "medo de quebrar algo" já que somos sempre muito cuidadosos. Além disso, o sofá cama está precário e sua estrutura / base cai todas as vezes que qualquer pessoa senta.

Location is very good, appartment is big

− Wifi is not just slow, it doesnt work at all. Host was informed but did nothing about it. If you need to work in appartment or make calls, zoom meetings - better to avoid that place, nothing will work
