8.0We had a wonderful stay in Florence! Alex was a good host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared that we had a great experience. Enjoyed our discussion together. He was attentive and close by if in need of anything, which made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Appreciated dealing with a real person for a change! The apartment is tight, small shower, bathroom etc, but provided a great base for exploring the city. Fantastic restaurants around every corner. If you’re slight in stature, I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence. Thank you, Alex, for helping make our time in Florence so enjoyable!
