Lage sehr gut. Bequemlichkeit eingeschränkt. Ausstattung vollständig. "Luxury" passt nicht.
7.0− Nahezu alle Schrankknaufs zum Öffnen der Schränke waren durch Beschädigung Messerscharf. Ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen in den Bädern und Funktionen von anderen Schränken sind zu optimieren. Es war relativ eng. Die Weitwinkel Fotografie stellt die Wohnung größer und komfortabler dar als sie ist. Es fehlen gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten für 4 Personen im Wohnzimmer. Nur eine Couch / Sofa vorhanden.

10.0L'appartamento è molto bello. Ci sono 3 bagni, uno con WC, uno con vasca ed uno con doccia, piccoli ma adatti alle esigenze. Ci sono due camere da letto con 2 letti matrimoniali ed un divano letto in soggiorno. La zona è piacevole ed essendo in zona universitaria, ricca di locali. in 10 minuti si arriva in Rue Mouffetard, via caratteristica e piena di negozi. In pochi minuti a piedi si arriva a Notre Dame. La metropolitana è sotto casa.
