The location was great but not recommended for a family with many luggage.

− No lift was tough. Also facilities were poor, the microwave was broken, radiators not working…etc Also fresh towels weren’t provided even we stayed more than 4 nights. (However, they have provided the towels for free because of the issues we had such as microwave and so on.)

− The microwave did not work. It was loud with police sierens at night which we did not expect. The family room could use more comfortable seating and more seating for families.
