− Non entra praticamente luce naturale e non si ha ricircolo naturale dell’aria, il bagno e la cucina si trovano in un piano interrato senza luce naturale e rimangono difficili da scaldare

− The apartment is nearby a metro station, there are rental bikes nearby... it's an ideal location and the price was good for Paris!
