Quick reaction within a few minutes from Hugo when I booked and paid for the Studio online after a previous booking was cancelled without any communication from the other accomodation managers. The Studio was clean and filled with amenities. Prime location, in the heart of Châtelet Les Halles area.

− The problem with the window - there is a window but the glass is dimmed and it views the closed space between the buildings. So there is no day light at all. It should be indicated in the description!! The stairs are very uncomfortable - tight, old wooden stairs. It is problematic to get upstairs with the luggage. The entrance door to the studio doesn’t protect from the noise outside, on the stairs at all. You will hear everything there. The mattress is quite hard.
